Digital Product Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds based on change of mind or personal preference. Refunds are only issued in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility
When a Refund Is Issued
You are eligible for a full refund only in the following cases:
- You did not receive your download link after purchase
- The file delivered was corrupted, unreadable, or failed to open
- You received the wrong product (different from what was listed)
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same order
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
Process
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at mouftihilyass@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
- A brief description of the issue you encountered
- A screenshot or description of any error, if applicable
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Valid refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Inability to open the file due to incompatible software on your device
- Products that have been downloaded and accessed
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. redistribution of the file)
